Set within the idyllic planes of Lake Como and reminiscing of a Renaissance château, our most recent development in Northern Italy’s Lombardy region retains an all-important connection with the local vernacular and culture.

To infuse the age-old allure of the historic building with details of contemporary architecture and design, we introduced elements like statement chandeliers, lancet windows, and a private study clad in woodwork.

Playing a central role in the restoration of this remarkable historic building, our design team replaced many of its original features with locally sourced and handcrafted materials.
